Healthcare Telemedicine App
Built a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform connecting patients with healthcare experts
The Challenge
The client had a successful offline business in the market to provide doctor, nurse, therapist consultations etc at the door step. They wanted to expand their reach to the online platform. They needed a secure, compliant solution with home appointments, prescription management. In short a digital version of their current solution Along with that, they wanted a web portal to manage the appointments, documents and the users which was previously scattered on laptop, google drive and excel sheets.
Our Solution
We designed and developed native mobile apps using React Native and a web admin portal with NextJS. Backend used was GraphQL on Postgres and async operations through AWS Lambda. A separate auth service was used for user management and authentication. Payment gateway integration was done with Thawani, their local payment gateway. We also developed main home landing page.
